Delete your account online
Use the same Google account you use in SelfSafe. Signing in or preparing a receipt does not request deletion.
Deletion removes your SelfSafe account, access records and purchase links. It does not delete your Google account, refund a purchase or erase settings and reminders on your phone. A minimal anti-repeat-trial marker remains for twelve UTC calendar months; completion status is retained for thirty days after completion.
The receipt contains a secret read-only credential. Keep it private and save a download before leaving this browser. The request number alone cannot recover its status. Private browsing or clearing site data can remove the browser copy.

From inside the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Review the consequences and confirm the same Google account. SelfSafe saves a read-only status receipt before committing the request. Check that receipt explicitly to distinguish pending, completed or attention-needed processing.
What is removed and retained
Deletion removes the Firebase user, SelfSafe access/trial records and purchase claims/owner links. The agreed anti-repeat-trial marker lasts twelve UTC calendar months from acceptance. A completion receipt lasts thirty days from completion, followed by bounded physical cleanup. Pending/problem jobs are not called completed. Google retains its own payment/authentication records under its policies.
Your phone and purchases
Local scenarios, rules, reminders and running protection remain. Account deletion does not delete your Google account or issue a refund. The same verified Google identity can explicitly restore a valid Google Play purchase. To remove local app data, delete local items or use Android storage/uninstall controls. Manage backups separately.

You can request deletion of support messages separately. Normal support retention is twelve months after closure, with specific justified legal/dispute exceptions. See the privacy policy.
